Ingredients:
- Some vegetable oil
- 1 pack of cooked polenta
- 1 tin of peas
- 1 tin of ham
- 1 tin carrots
Method:
- Heat oven to 200 degrees celsius
- Cut the polenta into thick chip shapes
- Arrange these onto a baking tray lined with foil
- Lightly coat the chips with oil
- Season with salt & pepper
- Bake for 20-25mins until chips are golden
- While the chips are cooking, heat a pan with a bit of oil
- Add the ham and peas into the pan, stirring continuously until they bind together and season to taste
- Add the carrots into a separate ban with some butter and cook until soft
